VERIZON CASE STUDY FOR THE YOUNG ONES STUDENT AWARDS

If something was being hidden from you, you’d want an apology. Like Verizon hiding their tech accessories right under our noses. So, an apology was what we gave. A social media stunt followed by an apology tour seemed like the only logical way to better Verizon’s rapport with consumers.
